The NOFA Lab has started the year off well! On January 8, Janna and Emese hosted a group of students from the University of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Along with their accompanying professors, they visited Amsterdam to learn more about cannabis use. Emese gave a presentation on Dutch cannabis legislation and the role of norms, the (social) environment, and cannabis culture in cannabis use. Dr. Jeff Konin, who traveled with the students, then gave a presentation on the role of cannabinoids in athletic performance. All in all, it was an educational morning full of interesting questions and an exchange of different perspectives on cannabis use.
